Company Director & Agent
Esther Orchard, founder and director of Eden Rose Associates, trained at Laine Theatre Arts and went on to dance professionally around the world, spending most of her career as dance captain on cruise ships. With strong industry connections, she built the agency to help performers secure work and develop their careers.
Esther values building strong relationships with each client, ensuring they feel fully supported in their careers. She takes the time to deeply understand their goals and aspirations, maintaining open communication to help them achieve their potential. Known for her dedicated approach and extensive network, she is passionate about guiding talent to success in theatre, TV, cruise, and commercial work.
